Working Principle:
The material enters the sand making machine from the feed hopper, and the material is divided into two parts through the distributor, and a part enters the impeller rotating at a high speed from the middle of the distributor, and is rapidly accelerated in the impeller, and its acceleration can reach hundreds of times of gravity acceleration. Then it is ejected from the three uniformly distributed flow channels of the impeller at a speed of 60-70 meters per second. It is first crushed with a part of the material that has been collected from the surroundings of the distributor, and then hits the material liner in the vortex branch cavity together. It is rebounded by the material lining, impacts diagonally upward on the top of the vortex cavity, and then changes its direction of movement, deflects downward movement, and the material emitted from the impeller flow channel forms a continuous material curtain. In this way, a piece of material is subjected to two or more chances of impact, friction, grinding and crushing in the vortex crushing chamber. The crushed material is discharged from the lower discharge port. During the whole crushing process, the materials are crushed by each other on their own, instead of directly contacting the metal components, they are crushed by impact and friction with the material lining, which reduces corner pollution and prolongs the mechanical wear time. The clever airflow inside the vortex cavity self-circulates, eliminating dust pollution.

The material falls into the feed hopper, enters the high-speed rotating rotor through the center feed hole, and is fully accelerated and thrown through the launch port. First, it collides with a part of the free-falling material after rebound, and then impacts the surrounding vortex cavity together. The vortex-shaped material lining (or on the counterattack block) is first rebounded to the top of the crushing chamber, then deflects and moves downwards, collides with the material emitted from the impeller flow channel to form a continuous material curtain, and finally is discharged through the lower discharge port .
The new type sand making machine adopts diamond-shaped combined impact block (throwing head) to replace the original integral hammer head and square combined impact block. The impact block alloy is “hard but not brittle, tough and strong”, and has good high temperature resistance. Structure:

The sand making machine is composed of seven parts: feed hopper, distributor, vortex crushing cavity, impeller body, main shaft assembly, base, transmission device and motor.
Feed hopper:

Feeder:
The distributor is installed in the upper part of the vortex crushing chamber. The role of the distributor is to divide the feed from the feed hopper, so that part of the material directly enters the impeller through the central feed pipe and is gradually accelerated to a higher speed and ejected. A part of the material is bypassed into the outer side of the impeller in the vortex crushing chamber from the outside of the center feed tube, and is crushed by the high-speed material ejected from the impeller, without increasing power consumption, increasing production capacity, and improving crushing efficiency.
Vortex crushing cavity:
The structure of the vortex crushing chamber is an annular space composed of upper and lower cylinders. The impeller rotates at high speed in the vortex crushing chamber. The vortex crushing chamber can also hold materials to form a material lining and the process of material crushing. Occurred in the vortex crushing cavity, the lining of the vortex crushing cavity is separated by the material lining layer, so that the crushing effect is limited to the materials, and plays the role of wear-resistant self-lining. The observation hole is to observe the wear of the wear-resistant block at the launch port of the impeller flow channel and the wear of the lining plate at the top of the vortex crushing chamber. Impeller:

Maintenance:
